Frequently asked questions
What is free, and what does The Full Path unlock?
The first three scenes (First Breath, Garden of Calm and Tea & Quiet) are free forever, and so is Island Lagoon, the first scene of Season 2, once First Breath is complete. You can also try the first puzzle of 23 more scenes, and play today's Daily Meditation plus the last seven days. Painting First Breath and Island Lagoon at the Gentle tier (Paint the Scene) is free, and so are Zen mode, the Focus Timer and every hint.
The Full Path is a single, optional, one-time purchase. It opens every scene and puzzle, Paint the Scene in every scene at both levels, the full Daily Meditation archive, and everything we add later. There are no ads and no subscription.
Where is "Paint the whole scene"?
Once you have finished most of a scene's puzzles (80%, for example 13 of First Breath's 16), a "Paint the whole scene" button appears on that scene's screen. It turns the painting behind your objects into one large paint-by-number. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can paint a little at a time. Every scene on The Path can be painted. The Gentle paintings of First Breath and Island Lagoon are free; the others come with The Full Path.
I bought The Full Path. How do I restore it on a new device or after reinstalling?
Sign in to the store with the same account you used to buy it: the same Apple Account on iPhone or iPad, or the same Google account on Android. Then:
- iPhone and iPad: open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. The app also checks your purchases on its own each time it starts.
- Android: open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. The paywall sheet has the same link.
If you see "No purchase was found for this account", check that you are signed in to the account that made the purchase. On Android, make sure the Play Store app is up to date and you are online.
Does The Full Path work across iPhone and Android?
No. Purchases belong to the store where they were made, so a purchase on the App Store unlocks the app on all your Apple devices, and a purchase on Google Play unlocks it on all your Android devices signed in to that Google account.
Can my family share the purchase?
- Apple: yes. The Full Path supports Family Sharing, so members of your Family Sharing group can use it on their own devices at no extra cost. They may need to tap Restore purchase once.
- Google Play: no. Google Play Family Library does not cover in-app purchases, so The Full Path stays with the Google account that bought it.
Is my progress saved to the cloud?
Not yet. Your progress is stored only on your device. There is no account and no cloud sync, so progress does not move between devices.
- Deleting the app deletes your progress.
- iPhone and iPad: progress is included in your normal iCloud or computer backup, and comes back when you restore that backup to a device.
- Android: the app allows Android's built-in device backup, so progress may come back when you set up a new phone from your Google backup. This depends on your device's backup settings and is not guaranteed.
Your purchase is never lost, whatever happens to your progress. Restore it as described above.
How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?
Open Settings in the app and use Daily reminder. It is a local notification set on your device. If it does not appear, check that notifications are allowed for Pix Perfect in your device's settings.
Which languages are supported?
English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. The app follows your device language. On recent versions of Android and iOS you can also choose a language just for this app in the system settings.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. Every puzzle, scene and sound is built in. The app goes online only to talk to the App Store or Google Play when you buy or restore The Full Path.
Do you collect any data?
No. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. See the privacy policy.
I was charged but nothing unlocked.
Some payments, such as Ask to Buy, a family approval or a pending card payment, take a while to go through. The app unlocks by itself once the payment completes. If it still hasn't unlocked after the store confirms the payment, tap Restore purchase. For refunds, contact Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, since they handle all payments.
