Rambling BuDDha: Pix Perfect
Privacy Policy
Effective 4 October 2026 · Rambling Buddha LLC
Rambling BuDDha: Pix Perfect ("the app") is a calm colour-by-number game for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. We made it to be quiet, so it does not watch you. This policy explains what that means in practice.
The short version
- We do not collect, store or share any personal information.
- There are no accounts and no sign-in.
- There are no ads, no analytics, no crash-reporting services and no tracking of any kind.
- Your progress stays on your device.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
What stays on your device
The app saves a few things locally so it can remember where you are:
- Your puzzle progress, completed puzzles and scenes, and Daily Meditation history
- Moments you have earned and simple play statistics (for example, days practised)
- Your settings (sound, haptics, reminder time and similar)
- Whether you own The Full Path unlock
This information is stored in the app's private storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it.
Your device's own backup systems may include this data, as they do for most apps: iCloud or computer backups on iPhone and iPad, and Android's device backup on Android. Those backups are controlled by your Apple or Google account settings, not by us, and we cannot access them.
In-app purchase
The app offers one optional, one-time purchase called The Full Path. If you buy it, the payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. The app receives only a confirmation that the purchase is valid, so it can unlock the content and restore it later. We do not receive your name, email address or payment information.
To show prices and confirm purchases, the app contacts Apple's or Google's store services. Apart from these store services, the app makes no network connections. All puzzles, art and sounds are built in, and the game works offline.
Daily reminder (optional)
You can turn on a daily reminder. It is a local notification that your own device schedules and shows. Nothing is sent to a server. The app asks for notification permission only if you choose to turn on the reminder, and you can turn it off at any time in the app's Settings or your device settings.
Saving a wallpaper (optional)
When you finish a month of Daily Meditation, you can save the finished picture as a wallpaper. The app then asks for permission to add that one image to your photo library or Pictures folder. It does not read, browse or upload your photos.
Ratings prompt
The app may show the standard Apple or Google "rate this app" prompt once. That prompt is run by Apple or Google, and anything you submit goes to them under their policies.
Children's privacy
The app contains no violence, chat, ads or links to the open web, and it is designed to be suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents can use their device's parental controls (for example, Ask to Buy or Google Play purchase approval) to manage purchases.
Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. To remove everything the app has stored, delete the app from your device. For questions about a purchase, you can contact Apple or Google, or write to us.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example by adding optional cloud sync, we will update this policy, change the effective date above and describe the change in the app's release notes before the new version takes effect.
